Hi. I'm going to court against HBoS on Monday after successfully objecting to a sist. I'm hoping they will offer to settle out of court but in case they don't i have been trying to study up on my arguments against them. However I feel like i'm drowning in a sea of legal jargon.
Can anyone give me a basic outline of what i should be saying and what my main points should be?
Also, does anyone know where i could get a copy of Halifaxs T & C's from 2001?
Help with either would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
