All the signs are that this is fraudulent. Spanish UPS? Russian text on the tickets? Foreign address?

£46 on booking and handling fees, when you're downloading and printing them yourself? Robbery.

I'd get yourself down to the venue asap and ask them to confirm the validity of the tickets.
