I have just received three parking charge notices in the same car park but on different days. I have a ticket for one and a screen shot of my payment history on my parking app for the other two. However I suspect I may have entered a 0 rather than an O - that said the app requires a description of the car and on all 3 occasions I have adhered to the times paid for.
My biggest concern is that I have used the same app therefore the same details in the same carpark several times since so could potentially receive another 5 notices!! Meaning £480 at the lower charge of £60 each or £800 at the higher charge of £100 - both of which are unmanageable for me.
The surprising thing is i parked in the same car park and used the same app in Oct and Dec without issue - how can this be???
I am so worried - how likelt us it that I will have to pay???

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving0 -
Almost certainly not.how likely us it that I will have to pay?
Read the NEWBIES thread about how to properly appeal, and tell us which PPC issued the tickets? The IPC has said their operators are not to issue PCNs for 0 and O differences, because there is no difference.
BPA firms still try it on but most are easy to beat at POPLA.
So, which firm?
And please don't just answer and stay on this thread waiting for replies; get yourself to the NEWBIES FAQS thread, and line these up to appeal online, as keeper, no driver admitted.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
