Wrong address...

I have received a DRP but I don't want advice on that as I have had a read through of what has been advised. What I do want advice on is this.... Now DRP had sent this letter to not only my address but my brothers address to. Even though my car had never been registered there but his wife's got the same name apart from middle name. Now is there something I can do about that as I am estranged from them and since it's happened I've had abuse and accusations of fraud.

You can ignore debt crawlers. The NEWBIES tells you why it is safe to do so.
You can tell your brother the same thing if you wish, or ignore them as well.
It's possible the debt crawler has used a tracing agent to find the address of someone with your name, and come up with two.
The only thing you need to worry about is if there is a PCN floating about somewhere. If there is, then that needs dealing with. The NEWBIES will tell you how.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
write to them and to the PPC, denying the debt and telling them to send any future corresdpondence to your current address and provide it
