WLDCore.dll Issue

i have tried clicking some email links and I keep getting the error WLDCore.dll is missing from my pc. When I googled this, there were sites offering issues. I tried two of them and my Avast warned of malicious malware. Does anybody know of a safe link with a Noddy guide that I can follow to fix this please?

What version of windows are you using ?

Yes live essentials

Windows 7 64 bit

Have you tried the fix in that link above ? re copying the files (not the installer)

Go To:
Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> Windows Essentials -->
Right Click Windows Essentials.
Click "Uninstall/Change and Uninstall the Program.
Best to Restart computer now.

Google "Windows Essentials"
This will probably be Windows Essentials 2012 - an upgrade.
Download and install it.

That is the best way to solve your problem.

Just did that & it has not changed anything unfortunately
