the BBC were far to late!

Priceless! The BBC used to be a major exploiter of the fake self-employment scam.

Maybe try the TUC or the Labour Party?

Someone needs to address this especially if so many people are involved.

Tried the very union who tried to help these people the first time when they were all made redundant , gave them all the details. No such thing as union help nowadays, these companies own the unions. yes sir no sir three bags full sir.
Labour Party . not sure about that, not exactly arrows that fly straight where we live. The company probably send them to far away places twice a year at the expense of people like me.

Lost all my trust in politics sir , nobody has the balls to stand up to these people, because people in general are very greedy and governed by money . No ethics or morals.

I understand where your coming from though.

Are you in Doncaster hgvdriverhelp? There's an accountant called Nic Davison there who has worked with other drivers to sort out their tax affairs. At least he understands whats been going on.

Accountant Nic Davison, who has worked with some of the affected drivers, said: "HMRC should have put a stop to it straight away, but what they are doing is prosecuting the people that can't defend themselves."
  • I'm not doubting that you went into this with the best of intentions, that being the welfare of your family. But that's not going to be of concern to HMRC, they will focus on what your liability is and how you intend to pay it.

busybee100 makes a good suggestion, if your MP is a Labour one, they should pay an interest in this as a wider issue. What they cannot do is reduce your tax liability, hence why you do need to focus on getting on top of it. If your MP is a Tory they won't care one bit, they'll be more interested in supporting the big businesses that have let you down.

Don't get sidetracked with issues that are beyond your control. Your focus needs to be on addressing your debt.

Here's a topical story on the BBC and fake non-employee status.

Yes sir i am but this is not just happening here now it's all over the uk . like i mentioned on my other thread this has got ten times bigger than think accounting, these companies are doing the same thing because they used think accounting in the first place and just copied there idea.
If what i have posted above about 'working conditions' is against the law , my friend this has been happening for over 4 years.

    .

I understand that, i may even accept that on the condition that the company that has caused this by 'force' is also brought to justice?

I live day by day i have nothing, they drive around in Rolls royces and brag about £6000 tv's on twitter.
This Christmas we had a Bernard Mathews turkey roll, while they split 6 million quid!

Lets be fair you seem to know about business and i admit i don't but my post above outlines how this company 'employs' people and it gives no other option, you cannot be PAYE.

Lets hope when i eventually sort this mess out by getting help from you guys-that this never happens again.

This has been pure greed at the expense of some of the poorest people in the country, i don't mind being poor but to be forced to work like this really does feel like slavery.
