Barclays Track it for bereavement

Has anyone used Barclays Track it service for monitoring the closure of an account after a death?
I have a Track it ID and know the password, but I can't see anything on the track it drop down menu related to bereavement or closing an account to select to enable me to log into it. Anyone know how to access it in this instance?
