    Not sure why but I been told 5 days for valuation to be looked at. it is the 5th day today and it still not done!

    I had my valuation today, i am hoping we dont have to wait 5 days!
    when did you submit your application Newbiejono?

    2nd Feb app went in. valuation was on 13th feb and they received it at 5pm the same day

    i had my valuation at 9am today, i am hoping i will hear something towards end of week, seems they have a delay.

    Hi mate; we got ours approved today but our broker told us 3 days ago we were approved subject to valuation so our checks done up front; others seem to have them at the end - are you monitoring your credit file and have they done a hard search?

    Had our valuation yesterday, had confirmation from Valunation that valuation had been submitted to Nationwide at 5:30pm yesterday, received email and text saying mortgage offer has been issued and will be posted out shortly at lunchtime today. So it is definitely happening quicker in certain circumstances.

    I’d give them a ring again, when I rang on Monday they said we would hear by end of Wednesday so they could obviously see timescales etc

    Valuation done yesterday, not had a text from NW to say recieved but broker called they have said, valuation is accepted, not sure why i havent had text, they have requested 2 more payslips which i have sent today....
