Is itttttt a mistake- why another assessment. With only 10 days ntice0

Only DWP can answer that. It could well be a mistake, but no one here can tell you that for sure. It is certainly not routine to have a follow-up appointment straight after a f2f assessment.

This happened to my son. Phoned up and was told it had been sent for assessment as they did not think the report was right. So we had to go again with another assesor and we had a few point's made clearer to her. and he was awarded more points to get enhanced care. The report did not match our medical evidence and pip form so they wanted to clarify a few thing's. But then again it might be a clerical error so ask again.
So the first assessment and report was deemed not good enough so they forced your son to have another one just weeks later?
It certainly doesn't give confidence in the system or the assessing company.
I don't know if someone in that position has the right to refuse to be re-assessed twice in such a short period of time. They make the mistakes but the claimant is the one that suffers because of them.
Yet, in my experience, it is quite common for the assessment and report to ignore clear evidence that contradicts what is written. The DWP accept the evidence submitted which bears no relationship to the report and give an award based on that evidence - I presume the assessing company as well as the assessor is sanctioned in some way?
It is a shame that we don't get to see what the percentage of awards are made based on additional evidence where the assessment report totally contradicts that evidence. So far with two assessment reports which were contradicted by further evidence I had sent in my awards matched that evidence and not the assessment report.0
