I approached to another company whos signs are in place and they came back to me that there contract has ended but seems signs are still there therefore he suggested that UKPC should not issue PCN if still its their sign in place. That company asked me to provide more detail and he promised to help me talking to UKPC, pls suggest should I give them details involving them in the case or not?
appreciate the assistance0 -
UKPC are fraudsters, read this

and be sure that the judge is aware if it. I would say that trying to charge nearly £800 for debt collection is also fraud.
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences.
Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Lega;, (who take hundreds of these cases to court, and nearly always lose), who have also been reported to the regulatory authority.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

As they are both BPA, why not contact aos@britishparking.co.uk and ask them to investigate. One of them is operating without authority and therefore in serious breach of the BPA Code of Practice. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I would not trust a PPC ex-clamper firm speaking to another PPC ex-clamper firm, not in a million years! Forget talking to Secure a Space, they are not your friends and WILL NOT help.
Get some photos before they chat to their mates UKPC and remove the signs!!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Happy new year all,
I did not receive any response since I sent a letter to SC law company back in Feb last year plus my MP also sent a letter to UKPC but no response from them. Its almost 10 months now, what do you suggest shall I wait or send them any communication for closure of the case?
appreciate your advise.0
