Get a couple of friends to help you to dismantle it amd transport the panels outside so they can be collected.
Buy a shed from elsewhere and get them to install it.0 -

You don't want to return it because you have no where to put all your stuff.
You don't want to touch your stuff because of the spores.
You don't want to go in the shed incase you inhale the spores.
You want to keep it and clean it
Exactly how do you intend to clean it without entering it to empty it by touching the contaminated stuff and where will you out all the stuff you don't have room for if the shed is returned?0
