Buying sheds?! How expensive?

I want to buy a small shed and the land it is on, how much roughly would the transaction COST in legal fees etc in the UK?

    Per shed: A few hundred for you (maybe a discount if your solicitor is doing 3x similar transactions), a few hundred for your neighbours' legal costs (assuming your nominal fee doesn't really cover it), and if they have mortgage lenders then probably a few hundred more for admin fee, revaluation, possibly separate solicitors.

    But IF once you own all the bits of the building, it suddenly becomes big enough to build a whole new house on, then it is worth a lot more than a "shed"
