Ratesetter £100 Welcome bonus Payment

Options
My £100 is due but for several days my account has just said:

RateSetter Welcome Bonus
£100
Just keep at least £1,000 in your account for 0 more days.

I have emailed them on Sunday but have had no response.

Any idea how long after becoming eligible it is usually paid?

Thanks

I waited 2 weeks before complaining and (coincidentally?) received the bonus the same day.

My wife's bonus was due a few weeks after mine. She too waited 2 weeks before complaining but she didn't receive her bonus until a week later.

I think it's very strange that the RateSetter home page indicates that you've earned the bonus yet (presumably) someone had to authorise the payment!!

I had to chase after ten days or so, but was paid without question after that. Took a day or two to get a reply
  • I didn't get am email reply. Phoned up and they said it needs to be authorised by a supervisor and should happen within 48 hours. I would have thought it should be automated if the system knows I don't have to wait any more days to comply with the requirements.

  • Still not added but got email this morning:

    "Thank you for your email.

I am sorry for the delay in the bonus being received, this is down to a technical issue. The bonus will appear within your RateSetter account in the next 3-5 days..

    Sorry for inconvenience caused."

I!!!8217;ve got £4K in there was going to take it out but managed to get 5.3% on the one year rate for half of it so will definitely leave that in there. Also just got £50 refer a friend so doing quite nicely I feel even if rates on the rolling one has dropped.
