Steel Building Cost Estimator

Hello Money Saving Experts,

I am new to forum and want your opinion on investing in carport. I have a free space of more than 1500 Sq. feet so I was thinking to create a carport over it to gain the property value.I used a steel building cost estimator tool offered by Carport Central to estimate the exact amount to be spent over it. Is it a good idea to invest in carport?

Unless you are getting the car port very cheap why would the buyer pay more than it cost? He might not even want it.
