I had to select my country (UK but I think it is available worldwide!) then pick a song, a colour and then move my mouse around to the music to produce silly patterns. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but there is an online tutorial somewhere if you can find it. I didn't bother entering my effort but good luck if you do!
There are copious T&C's but I couldn't C&P them. I did spot it saying something about entries only being accepted Mon 10am - Fri 10am, which is odd.
