  • If your ex was selling at a loss, would you be happy splitting the £10K with him to compensate him for overpaying you in a settlement, or would you expect him to shoulder 100% of the loss himself?

    What was the agreement re child maintenance? Does he pay you for that? If so is it an informal agreement or has it been formalised via the CSA?

    Whats the issue with that if it hasnt?

    It could disappear in a puff of smoke and may not be as much had it been formalised.
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

    Divorced last year. Ex husband gave me £10k. (Agreement between ourselves). Our !!!8216;family home!!!8217; was mortgaged in only his name. When I left, he kept the house. He!!!8217;s now selling it to move in with his girlfriend. Am I or my children entitled to anything from the sale of it? Please
