As per the terms quoted in the first post

The name and country of the winner can be obtained after 19 July 2018 by emailing press@storylines.com.

but if the first possible winner has not replied they would be in the process of contacting the second on their list

The winner will be notified by email on or before June 2018 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Storylines.Inc within 14 days of being notified by Storylines Inc., then the winner!!!8217;s prize will be forfeited and Storylines Inc. shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize)

I contacted them for an update if anyone is interested:

"Due to contractual agreements with our cruise line partner we have had to hold off on the announcement for at least the next 2 months."
