DD for ‘Monument Account’ - PO savings?

A couple of days ago I changed my linked account for one of my post office online savings accounts to Barclays so I can set up monthly DD once the Tesco ones end in April. This automatically results in the post office setting up a direct debit mandate with the new linked account and today I got an email from Barclays saying a new Direct debit instruction has been set up for ‘Monument account’. Not heard of this before, is it a name the post office use? I’ve since logged into my Barclays account and the only new Direct debit mandate showing is the post office one but it is in the name of the post office and not called Monument.

Spoke to the Post Office and confirmed that Monument Account is the Post Office DD. Apparently an error in their systems (in the process of being rectified as the issue has been raised already) in naming it incorrectly by Bank of Ireland.0

An error in Post Office savings / BOI systems? Really? Surely not?

The old Monument credit card which was hit with PPI claims some years ago? I haven't seen any recent updates about Monument. But I think it might have folded but don't quote me on that.0
