Long story short.
Solicitors adviced wrong court date for a disputed car crash accident hence I didn't attend as a witeness. Solicitors settled out of court with claimant causing me to have a fault claim on my file. What can should I pursue for compensation?

If the solicitor is to blame then train your sight's on them.
If the insurer appointed the solicitor then they should be getting a complaint too!0 -
