Is it worth an appeal?

BW Legal have now issued a letter of legal proceedings to court and are once again bombarding me with phone calls. It states I can appeal, but it it worth it? I appealed in the first instance and then a late appeal, obviously all to no avail. Is an appeal now just giving them details of what I'm likely to defend myself with in court?

You should keep to your original thread not start a new one it gets confusing.
Why haven't you blocked these vermin on your phone?
Have you followed the advice on the original thread?
What exactly does this letter say?

yes, please keep your own thread for help.

Let us see the letter as it sounds like the cr-p debt collection
    that BWL produce

They want to speak to you to scare you with such rubbish as
"we will win" or maybe a discount.
BWL is as predictable as the sun rises everyday with the rubbish

Just block the scam phone calls
