So im new here and have read several cases in here but none that i can find that are the same as mine. I wpuld be most greatful for any help. So i got a letter from ZZPS saying i owe 172 for a unpaid parking fine from one parking solution. I never recieved this original fine. So i informed them of this and to ask for proof they ever even sent this! They simply replied saying they are here to get the payent or it will go back to one parking solutions solicitors tp resolve where furher fines may occur. As the time for me to appeal is now over.

The fine was originally 60.

As i cant even appeal where dose this leave me. Is it a case of just ignoring the letters from now on?

Where do i stand? Will they take court action or just keep coming back asking for for me cash and threats?

    It is not a fine.

Edit your post NOW to remove information about who parked. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.

Have you read the NEWBIES thread yet? This tells you why it is safe to ignore debt collectors. Hopefully you didn't say who was driving when you contacted them.

Complain to your MP and the BPA.

These are some of the comments made by the MPs in Parliament concerning the unregulated parking industry (Feb 2018):

    https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/2018-02-02/debates/CC84AF5E-AC6E-4E14-81B1-066E6A892807/Parking(CodeOfPractice)Bill

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.

These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

Use the bit in bold when you complain to the BPA that the keeper never received a PCN/NTK from this rogue operator before it was handed over to debt crawlers. Ask them what they intend to do in order to change the attitude of MPs and the motoring public.

ZZPS are debt collectors. The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 gives you very precise advice on how to deal with them. Please do read it.

The following link is a possible forecast of how likely it is you might receive court papers from One Parking Solutions. If you get any, don't ignore them, come back on this thread for further advice.

This is a scam, do not pay them a penny. They have six years to make a court claim so keep all the paperwork. More information here

It's not a fine, you won't be paying a penny.

Was this letter a Notice to Keeper, saying ZZPS had got your data from the DVLA?

ZZPS send out the NTKs for One Parking, and this WAS an appeal stage if you replied to that NTK, and you should have been sent a POPLA code. Complain to the BPA that you appealed to an NTK, never having seen a PCN, and yet ZZPS treated your appeal as if it was debt collection stage and did not offer POPLA.

I just helped a fellow Brighton fan beat OneParking at POPLA, dead easy! LOL...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
