ive won...but is this a scam

Got this email today but ive a funny feeling that this is a scam. Would anyone be able to tell me if this is? Am unsure as its not asking for any bank details which usually the scam emails are.

Sorry, but it is a scam - a very common one too!

Erm, as a caution, I wouldn't touch it. Not asking for bank details proves nothing and I've had similar ones that just go in the junk mail folder.
I'm sure others will let you know for definate.

It's too wordy for my liking and looks fake.
