Appealing right now_help

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
I'm in the process of appealing, its day 28!! My alarm notification failed to go off a few days ago. The parking firm have an online form to appeal. In the Appellant Type section, they have three choices and one MUST be selected. The choices are:

I was the driver, keeper, or hirer

Shall I put hirer? Seems the safest choice at this point. They also have provided pictures of the car and parking charge sinanage once I log in. I will continue and send the template in the newbie thread regardless

    Yes! Quite a few times actually. However please try and imagine your first time - your aware you need to appeal as Keeper - but then three options appear - it can confuse one.

    Its also pretty clear I have in the fact is day 28 and I know I was supposed to appeal on day 25/26.. I've clearly read the thread.

    I appreciate you want help urgently but so does everyone on here. We all have one pair of hands and can only do so much. Give people a chance to get round to you.

    I have no problem with waiting at all. The second post was because the penny dropped - not a post saying RESPOND NOW.
