I am selling my house through a local estate agent who i managed to get a 0.9% no sale no fee deal on with 12 weeks sole right.
I feel they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard and do not seem to be doing much, had the hip done at start , in the next couple of weeks i am thinking of changing EA,
does anyone know if my HIP can be transfered or will i need to spend another 400 quid to get my lights and radiators counted (Sorry i dont like them)
any advice

If you paid for it its yours! Its portable. Unless your EA gave you a 'free' one and then you may find its not portable at all, in fact, they may ask you for an exit/release fee.
If you paid for it - it belongs to you!0 -
You should have an agreement re the HIP pack from when you signed up. Your agent may sell it to you as it is effecively theirs until ou pay the end fee.0

He may have paid for it outright at the start - the majority seem to be doing that. If that is the case, the HIP belongs to the property owner.0
