Gladstone’s Solicitors sending me letters!

Hi all sorry if there’s already a post telling me how to deal with this, I have been looking and cannot find anything and am starting to get worried about this.
I revived a car park “fine” through the post a good few months back from Local Parking Security Ltd for staying in one of there car parks for about 15 minutes without paying. Instead of appealing I wrongly decided to go the ignore route. The car park is run by cameras meaning they take your reg on the way in and then on the way out and you have to enter your reg at the ticket machine. I was unaware of this change as there used to be a man who would sit in his car and would quickly issue you a ticket as soon as you was out of sight. Anyway in the pictures they sent me it only shows me driving in and out so there is no proof that I am aware of, of them knowing I parked my car there as I could of broke down in there or something like that. The truth is I got some food from down the road and pulled in there to eat it in the car and never actually left the car. If I remember rightly the pictures had my car lights on (auto lights) which makes me believe it was kinda dark and the carpark only has one light which is at the pay mechine (I have pictures to prove this). However I ignored all the letters, had a few debt collectors sending letters and now one from Gladstone solicitors which looks like one of the other debt collectors letters. I am getting abit worries about this now and wish I just appealed, the “fine” is at £160 which I believe is way to strong for 15 min stay. I don’t know what to do and would appreciate any help. I have been thinking about getting hold of the company and try reason with them maybe just pay the £30 they first asked for or would they just want full payment I don’t know. Any help would be great! Why not simply read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST, top of the forum, where the second post of that tells you all about letters from Gladstones, and claims, and how to win?

Why not simply search the forum for the word Gladstones? Your situation is very common, and fully covered in literally HUNDREDS of other threads for you to read.

You haven't even said if it's a debt collector Gladstones letter or a LBC, but by reading other threads like yours, you will find people have posted images of the letters, and you will see where you are at.

The NEWBIES thread also tells you, if you search the PPC's name and 'BMPA Insight' you can find out with one Google search, how likely the firm are to try court. Loads of info in the NEWBIES thread.

Don't stay on this thread, read all the others, then come back here & tell us which letter you have (don't ask what PPC or MCOL or LBC means...see the NEWBIES thread!).

Don't waste your time and effort, Gladstones are low
life solicitors not fit for purpose, such is the way of
known scammers.
Gladstones through their own stupidity and attempts
to extort money, have now come to the attention of
government ....... watch this space.

Gladstones are highly incompetent

Thanks for your reply!!!8217;s I have been sat here reading for the last 2 hours. The letter is from DRP pretending to be Gladstone. They also have only had 2 court hearings since 2015. So I will continue to ignore. Does anyone know how many letters they will send?

So another Gladstones pimped out letterhead, disgusting,
and rather showing that Gladstones themselves are yellow
bellied cowards passing the buck to the brain dead DRP

Gladstones were named and shamed in Parliament recently as scammers representing scammers, they were also reported to the SRA by the same MP, so they will have to tread carefully. Watch the video here
