Issues with Roomdi

I was wondering if anyone had any dealings with Roomdi? I booked a hotel room with them last month. When we arrived we were put in a separate hotel (although on the same resort). Roomdi have admitted that they made an error but have only offered us 20% compensation when the hotel they put us in was 40% cheaper than the one we paid for.
I have asked Roomdi if they are governed by any regulatory boards but they refuse to answer. When I have asked where I can take this complaint to they simply say they do not know.
Does anyone know if this company is regulated and if not do I have any options going forward? I would appreciate any help as I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall!

Well according to their website they're based in Spain...0 -
DO NOT BOOK with Roomdi.com! They cancelled our hotel room (3 rooms we had booked for 7 people) the evening before we were due to arrive in Turkey! They showed NO compassion or offered us any compensation! BEWARE and book with a reputable company!0
