Approx 2 years ago, I was involved in a car accident whereby I was t-boned and my car flipped onto its roof. I had a broken wrist, minor head injury and subsequently lost my job (due to injuries) and got depression as a result. I was out of work for about 7 months. I have now just received an offer of £12000 . £7000 for my expenses and £5000 for my injuries. Is the offer for my injuries fair?
