PPI Claim Credit Card

I was going to try and claim PPI on an old credit card I had, but on the PPI claim form it asks if you have ever had CCJs, IVAs, DAS, etc. I did have debts consolidated many years ago, so is my answer YES to any of the above. If so, will it negatively affect any claim? Advice gratefully received.
Thanks

Answer the question as asked. Dont over think it and decide to include things they have not asked. Did you have any of those? If so, will it negatively affect any claim?
