Is there any reason why you are recommending Aldermore 1.7% for a one year fix
I only ask as i was considering it, but just seems strange why you are not recommending them

    Your post doesn't make sense:cool:

However, MSE article only seems to 'recommend' the top 2 or 3 accounts plus the best of the high street names, in each category.

As such Aldermore wouldn't be on the best 1 year fix list.

For what its worth, I've had accounts with them in the past, and my sister (who won't use internet banking) has accounts at the moment. I've always been very satisfied with them.

i guess i missed it then cos i only saw 1.3% on a 1 year fix ahh the atom bank one just noticed it, that is fine if you want to trust your phone app. Thats why i dismissed it. DO not mind online at all, but having had many lost phones, or broken ones, doesnt make sense to me.
