I can only guess that you haven't yet seen this thread:
In post #1 of that thread you will find a template appeal.
Just send it as it is - without change.0 -
thank you, I did read but found if all very confusing, don't want to risk a bigger fine as the driver did not get a ticket from the machine0

There is no bigger fine. These companies are utter parasites. Just cut and paste the template.0 -
do I send that letter by post or do I paste it in the online appeal section on there website.0
-
Not much thinking required.
Just send the appeal as described earlier.
Please edit your latest post to avoid any clues to the driver's identity.
Perhaps it should look something like:thank you, I did read but found if all very confusing, don't want to risk a bigger fine as the driver did not get a ticket from the machineNotice the subtle difference?
As long as the driver isn't identified you will have no need to pay anything.0 -

You can send it however the Ntk says you can appeal.0 -
Immediately above the appeal text are these words:Template appeal for BPA or IPC members - copy this wording into the online appeal box::
Immediately following that appeal text are these words:
I'll leave you to work out the answer to your question.ALWAYS USE THE ONLINE APPEAL PAGE - OR EMAIL IF OFFERED AS AN OPTION ON THE NOTICE - BECAUSE THE APPEAL CANNOT GET LOST AND YOU CAN KEEP PROOF/ A SCREENSHOT

If you really mean you need to work out the screenshot and that wasn't just a tongue in cheek remark, just press the button marked "Print Screen" (or it might be "Prt Scr" on your keyboard; that copies whatever is on the screen to the clipboard and you can then paste that into a Word document (or similar).moonblossom wrote: ».....just have to work out the screen shot now lol.....0
