I can only guess that you haven't yet seen this thread:

In post #1 of that thread you will find a template appeal.

Just send it as it is - without change.

thank you, I did read but found if all very confusing, don't want to risk a bigger fine as the driver did not get a ticket from the machine

There is no bigger fine. These companies are utter parasites. Just cut and paste the template.
  • do I send that letter by post or do I paste it in the online appeal section on there website.

    Not much thinking required.

Just send the appeal as described earlier.

Please edit your latest post to avoid any clues to the driver's identity.

Perhaps it should look something like:
thank you, I did read but found if all very confusing, don't want to risk a bigger fine as the driver did not get a ticket from the machine
    Notice the subtle difference? :D

As long as the driver isn't identified you will have no need to pay anything.

Immediately above the appeal text are these words:
Template appeal for BPA or IPC members - copy this wording into the online appeal box::

Immediately following that appeal text are these words:
ALWAYS USE THE ONLINE APPEAL PAGE - OR EMAIL IF OFFERED AS AN OPTION ON THE NOTICE - BECAUSE THE APPEAL CANNOT GET LOST AND YOU CAN KEEP PROOF/ A SCREENSHOT
I'll leave you to work out the answer to your question. :D
  • thank you ...I must seem really dense lol .....just have to work out the screen shot now lol.....thank you for the help :)

This is not a fine. Smart were names and shamed in the HoC recently as scammers, watch the video here.

If you really mean you need to work out the screenshot and that wasn't just a tongue in cheek remark, just press the button marked "Print Screen" (or it might be "Prt Scr" on your keyboard; that copies whatever is on the screen to the clipboard and you can then paste that into a Word document (or similar).
