Help with Lloyd’s ppl claim

I recently made on an online query to Lloyd’s to ask if I have ever had ppi on any of my accounts.
I have today received two ppi questionires in the post, one for Lloyd’s bank cards which had 5 different account numbers at the top (assuming these are credit cards) and another letter for Lloyd’s bank loans which has 10 account numbers at the top.
Does the fact that these account numbers are listed at the top of the paperwork mean they were subject to ppi?
I have had various loans etc through my 30years with them but from memory I always stated I didn’t need protection as if the worst was to happen my parents would help me out.
What is the best reason to give about why I think was miss-sold the polices if indeed there are any.
Could it be a case of although I stated it wasn’t required during the phone calls that it was sneaked I to the paperwork somehow.
Thanks

Maybe. Maybe not. You cant assume anything. They could just be a list of all the accounts they have found. What is the best reason to give about why I think was miss-sold the polices if indeed there are any.
The truth. Telling porkies and getting found out means you lose credibility and many complaints are measured on the balance of probability and go with the most credible.Could it be a case of although I stated it wasn!!!8217;t required during the phone calls that it was sneaked I to the paperwork somehow.
Anything is possible but its an unlikely scenario as PPI would have stood out like a sore thumb and increased the monthly loan cost over what you were told. Most people would catch that happening as its a clear difference. However, if you are the type that just signs anything without reading it then maybe it could have got in.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
