Hi all,
I posted a thread a little while ago about this but couldn't find it sorry. Basically I had PPI claim upheld by Barclaycard back in 2015 and the cheque was sent to my old address. After 6 months the cheque was void. To cut it short, I made a complaint in October 2017 and the cheque was re-issued but the amount wasn't updated in terms of interest.
I was advices to address the issue with them which I did. Their respond was that if they had to recalculate I could have been owed less money. How that can be possible? Can anyone confirm that possibility cause it doesn't make send for me
