HELP: using SSE token meter but getting Spark bill

Very odd situation. My bro first time renting. He inherited SSE Pay as you go meter, which he was happy with. The agency gave them a bunch of papers to fill in order to change names on the energy / water bills. Of course they filled the papers. After that they started getting estimated electricity bills from Spark!!! But…

Can you (if you're authorised on your brother's account) drop me an email to the address on my account please? I'd need your brother's name, and full supply address.

I'd be happy to investigate this if I hear from you. If usage is paid for on a key, a bill shouldn't be sent out, so I'd really like to find out what's gone wrong and get it fixed.
