Hi
I have a default judgement against a individual/company, but thye Registry Trust Limited have informed me that they are unable to process the CCJ as they are unable to register the firm/individual.
They are asking is it:
a) Individual sued at work place
b) Firm only
C) Individual only
d) Individual trading as the firm, If so insert t/as
e) Other
I defined on the Small Claims the name of the individual and the name of the company i.e anothercompany - Tom Smith
In my case this was a sole trader with a trading name. Am I correct that I should have stated Tom Smith t/as anothercompany?
Or am I missing something?
Thank you

I don't know whether your judgment is enforceable. It may well be. Probably worth asking HCEOs if you need to use them to enforce and the judgment is more than £600. Worst case scenario you just start the court process again.0
