Received PPI refund from First Plus, no Interest

A couple of years ago I claimed PPI from First which was successful. However at the time of the payment I did not receive any Interest on the Money owed. I queried this at the time but as told that they do not pay interest.
I have also received another PPI claim where I did receive interest. My query is this should I be going back to First Plus or the company that bought the loans and claim the missing interest. I also wonder if I should be reclaiming using Plevin.

You can't reclaim via Plevin, as that only applies to rejected complaints. You've already had a full refund.
You should have received statutory interest in the redress.0 -
Thanks, however I did not receive statutory interest on my claim with First plus. They simply told me I was not entitled to any interest when I queried this.
Should I go back and ask them to refund the interest I should have been paid, I got £14,000 so the interest is not to be sniffed at.0 -
You could contact them and ask them to explain why they said you were not entitled to interest.
Edit:
That may have some bearing on the matter?should I be going back to First Plus or the company that bought the loans and claim the missing interest.0
