On a gas-only fixed 2-year contract. Anyone else receiving no requests for meter readings and no quarterly statement? My fourth statement is overdue. They have failed to produce two of the previous three until I phoned and prompted them. Last time, after my prompting, the statement was nearly a month late but was for the full near four month period with an estimate of consumption, ignoring any submitted readings. This quarter, despite my submission of regular monthly readings to make sure they have uptodate figures, I have neither received a "your statement is shortly due - submit a reading" nor the bill itself, nor the annual statement required by the regulator.

I gave reading as requested in early December. No bill produced until I "reminded" them after a couple of weeks. I was told that there had been a problem with some customers bills but was promised a bill asap.
Actually got a bill late December using my early Dec. reading (4th) but calculating standing charge til the date of statement (28th December).:(
Then got another statement dated Jan.2018 which used my end Dec. reading (28th Dec.) to calculate extra usage but no standing charges (already included in previous statement!!). They also offered to return some of my credit.:T
As far as I can see,the amount of credit is calculated correctly to the last date on the statement.
I'm not expecting another statement until early March, which will be the 12 month anniversary.

EDIT .-I give them monthly readings when I read the meter for my own spreadsheets even tho' not requested.
