Ok, it sounds like you've offered paypal on your listings, but have you opened a paypal account?

You really need to now, or things are going to get really complicated! And it will probably have to be a premier one.

Did you enter the correct paypal email address on your listing for that paypal account?

Are you positive it's a genuine paypal email? Does My Ebay show they've paid?

    Ok, sounds like two possibilities:

    1) you gave the wrong email address for your paypal account
    2) you don't have a premier account.

    Either of the above possible?

Ok, they would have paid into the account linked with the email address you gave on the listing. If you didn't show the right address, then it's gone to an address not linked with your account. It should be possible to add that email address to your paypal account, then claim the payment, but THEN you'll probably need to upgrade your PP account.

I take it you displayed the paypal logo on your listing? This means your buyer may have paid by credit card, which means you must have a premier account to accept the payment.
