Faulty Replacement.

Hi.
I bought a laptop from Tesco which was faulty. After a lot of phone calls to various departments, all giving me different information, I finally got through to someone who was happy to simply replace it. Having read reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has had the issue. My question is, if the replacement has the same issue, what are my consumer rights regarding further replacements, or better still returning it for a refund?
