I used to have an Alliance & Leicester account which a paid a monthly fee for. When I signed up for it online, I didn't appear to have a choice if I wanted an account so I'm thinking of reclaiming these charges back.
Does anyone know how I find out my account number, and where I would write to now as they don't exist anymore?
