Faulty cooker

Hello all,

We purchased a hotpoint double oven cooker that has had two repairs since new purchased in October both times have failed and now we are going to be given a brand new replacement.

The question is where do we stand in regards the installation of the cooker.
We paid the get the original cooker installed by a gas safe installer.
We would need someone to disconnect the gas hose from the supply and also to remove the new gas hose from the faulty cooker and to the new cooker and reconnect the new cooker to the gas supply.

It's quite possible we would have to call out the gas engineer twice to perform the above.

Would this be at our cost ?
