After renovating my 2 bed room flat I am will be returning to the rental market, would appreciate advice on what is best for rental:
Empty or furnished.
I have rented furnished, but is now leaning towards renting unfurnished. Does it make a difference in rent?
Pros and con welcome
Thanks

Talk to a decent rental agent perhaps??0

I rented furnished for over the last 20+ years.
Really not in the mood to have to buy furniture now.
People don't take care of stuff.
We are nearing completely, I will have the agent give me a valuation for selling and a valuation for renting.0
