Barclays Student Account Error

Hi all, first post so be kind!
I had a letter from Barclays today telling me that I'm £1375 overdrawn without an agreed overdraft limit. Thing is, I have an agreed overdraft of £1500 (at 0%). I've also been charged £30 plus some interest for a paid referral.
I phoned and asked what was going on. Turns out their student database has lost all it's information(!) but it's going to be sorted out, and any charges incurred will be refunded. The guy I spoke to almost knew what I was going to ask before I spoke, so I'm guessing they've fielded a lot of phone calls regarding this. Naturally, there's no mention of this anywhere on their website, and had I not contacted them I wouldn't have known.
So I guess just heads up. I'll be keeping an eye on it to make sure the charges are refunded. If anybody who's affected gets any updates, any chance of posting on here? I'm assuming this is the best place to post, otherwise mods feel free to move it!
