How to connect NOWTV?

Problem sorted!
Had to unplugged Nowtv today,now it won't connect even though I've enter router password correctly(case sensitive)it says"does your router block unknown MAC addresses" & gives an address to enter but I don't know where/how to enter it.
I'm using talktalk with windows 10.

ps.I turned off firewall & avast then re-entered router PW,still 0.
