Hi dont know if anyone can advise me , i was using a ppi reclaim company to reclaim ppi they sent me their forms to complete one of which was giving the bank permission to deal with them regarding this claim, a short while later i had a letter from the bank saying the reclaim company had not provided them with the form for them to act on my behalf and i should contact the reclaim company and get them to send this , i emailed the reclaim company and they said they had sent the bank this form . A few weeks later i had another letter from the bank saying they still had not received the permission to act on my behalf form from the reclaim company and that from now on they would deal directly with me , a few weeks later i received a refund from the bank for the ppi , i do not now know if i have to pay the reclaim company any of their fee for this . If anyone has any advice i would be grateful.
thanks
thanks
