Lost PCN Reference Number

I recently received a PCN from Julian's Car Park in Didcot, operated by UKPC. I would like to appeal the charge as I did park for a full day's parking but not before I had been issued with the charge.

The UKPC website is useless in this respect and the telephone number I found just gave me an automated message saying the office was closed.

I can't appeal without the reference number so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

N.B. the signs in the car park do not say by when the parking has to be paid for but because you can only pay via RingGo, start time cannot be set to earlier than the moment in which you are paying.

Stop trying to 'phone them! Never, ever 'phone a parking scammer!

Is there an option on the UKPC website to enter your VRN? If so, that may give you the PCN number.

  • Hi Fruitcake

Ok, thanks, no more 'phoning for me.

Unfortunately the reference number and VRN boxes are both required fields so I can get no further than the first page of the appeals section on the website.

  • Pappa golf, you're right! The reference number will appear on any correspondence they send me. Would that not be too late to appeal by then?

    It's not a hire/lease car.
