Hiya MSE'rs,
If you are in/around Leicester between 12th-16th Feb (half term) and you are looking for something fun to do with the kids without breaking the budget then why not come to The Extraordinary Time-Travelling Adventures of Baron Munchausen. It's on at 2pm at The Exchange, 50 Rutland Street LE1 1RD and it's Free/Pay-What-You-Want.
If you've never been to a PWYW show, it works like this - you watch the show, at the end the performers hold a bucket and you put in what you can afford/what you think it was worth. If you can't afford to put anything in - don't worry - no one is going to harangue you or make you feel bad.
It's a good show - 4 Stars at the Edinburgh Fringe last year - https://www.fest-mag.com/edinburgh/kids/103938-the-extraordinary-timetravelling-adventures-baron-munchausen
You can book tickets in advance (for free) - comedy-festival.co.uk/event/the-extraordinary-time-travelling-adventures-of-baron-munchausen/
It's suitable for anyone aged 7+. It's silly, it's creative and it's funny.
Hope to see some of you there.
