Daughters PIP tribunal today.

Hello , I’m hoping someone may have some ideas on what happened at my daughters tribunal today.
As per my previous post , the assessor that came to do her assessment for her pip review had known my daughter when she was younger and prior to my daughter becoming unwell. My daughters award went from enhanced for both daily living and mobility to just standard care till 2021. Her original award was from 2014 to November 2017.
Her MR was kept the same so she appealed, she had stated in her MR that the assessor was known to her and that it had made her feel uncomfortable. She went to the tribunal today, was only in there for approx 10 minutes. There was a representative from the DWP there too. The judge introduced himself , and then stated that the panel upheld her appeal, and said that they didn’t feel that her award should have been reduced so he was putting her back to where she was before the renewal was made and up until November 2017. He asked the DWP rep if she agreed and she said she did. He then said that she would have to make a new pip claim today when we got home as the original award only ran till nov 2017. My daughter asked what would happen in regards from November till now and the Dwp rep suggested the judge put something on the end of the decision notice stating that this is what had been agreed and hopefully a new decision maker will notice this and know how to proceed. He then asked us to wait for 10minutes while they got the decision notice and that was the end of the tribunal.
Now we are a little confused as to what happens now, she rang pip New claims when we got home and they’d said she can’t make a new claim as she has an existing claim, told her to ring another number who said they are going to email another department and they will contact her.
On the bottom of the decision notice the judge has put that ‘the tribunal effectively reinstated the appellants award of PIP. The tribunal was not satisfied that grounds for supersession had been properly made out’
Does anyone have any idea of what will happen now, I know she will get the back pay, but her original award has ended and the decision made today is not a decision going foraward. We presume she will have to have another assessment.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
