How does one get an uptodate account on NewDay cards, they do not itimis purchases only give order number and very difficult to marry them up with receipts of items taken back and not put on card therefore they own you money at end of payment to them, which I do not want.

From memory the Debenhams card is not a storecard. It is a mastercard card so you can pay for goods anywhere that accepts credit card payments. You do not have to waste time ringing them and waiting a week for a cheque etc. Just use the balance up somewhere else.0
