I need a bank account where I can pay in US Dollars or even Euros, I was recently in the States, but the banks there advised me that we couldn`t open an account there as we haven`t got a perm address there, so I have been advised to open a Citibank account. looking at there details I will need to get certified copies of my passport, by an official.... help can anyone reccommend anything to me...
