hi, im at college not uni and im i £3000 debts £1300 loan rest credit cards. can i still get student loan even though im not at uni to pay off credit cards? im 21

    If you're doing a degree course at a recognised institution (doesnt have to be a uni), then you may be eligible for a loan. Otherwise no, you would have to get a loan through another source.
